Delivery

Every keepsake is hand-finished in London before it makes its way to you. Here's everything you need to know about getting your order delivered.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver to mainland UK addresses only. We hope to offer international delivery in the future — if you're outside the UK and would like to be notified when we do, drop us a line at hello@thelittlekeepers.com.

Delivery options

Estimated delivery times run from the moment your order is dispatched.

Hand-finishing and dispatch

As our keepsakes are hand-finished to order, please allow 2 working days for us to prepare your order before it's dispatched. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as it's on its way.

Order cut-off

Orders placed before 1pm on a working day are processed the same day. Orders placed after that, or at weekends and on bank holidays, are processed the next working day.

Tracking your order

Once your order is dispatched, we'll email you to confirm. [If you offer tracking, add: You'll also receive tracking details so you can follow your keepsake to your door.]

If something goes wrong

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, please contact us at hello@thelittlekeepers.com with your order number and we'll look into it straight away. Anything that arrives damaged is covered by our Returns & Refunds Policy.
