Please read these terms carefully before placing an order. By using this website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Who we are

In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Naxis Limited. "You" and "your" refer to the customer placing an order.

2. The products

Our keepsakes are hand-finished to order, so slight natural variations in colour, finish and texture are part of their character and are not faults. Product images are for illustration; the item you receive may differ very slightly in appearance.

All our products are intended as keepsakes and are tested to the EN-71 toy safety standard. They are not toys and should be used by an adult when taking impressions, and kept out of reach of young children once finished.

3. How a contract is formed

When you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging that we have received it. This acknowledgement is not acceptance of your order.

A contract between you and Naxis Limited is formed only when we send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched. We may decline an order at our discretion — for example, if a product is unavailable, if there has been a pricing error, or if we are unable to obtain payment.

4. Price and payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown separately at checkout.

We take care to ensure prices are correct, but errors can occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will contact you to ask whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel. If we cannot reach you, we will treat the order as cancelled.

Payment is taken at the time you place your order, through our payment provider. We do not store your full card details.

5. Delivery

We offer free UK delivery and worldwide delivery on every order. Estimated dispatch and delivery times, and any international charges, are set out on our Delivery page.

For international orders, you may be responsible for import duties, customs charges or local taxes. These are outside our control and are not included in the price you pay us.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

6. Your right to cancel and return

You have the right to cancel most orders within 14 days, and to return faulty goods, as set out in full in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

7. Faulty or misdescribed goods

If a product is faulty, damaged on arrival, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please contact us at hello@thelittlekeepers.com with your order number and, where possible, a photograph.

8. The Keepsake Promise

Our Keepsake Promise offers a free replacement in certain circumstances, as described on our website. This is a goodwill commitment offered in addition to — and does not replace or limit — your legal rights.

9. Our liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

Subject to that, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care, but we are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. We are not liable for business losses, as our products are supplied for domestic and private use.

10. Events outside our control

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where this is caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as postal delays, supplier failures or extreme weather.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published on this website at the time you placed it.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales.
